Buzzing with brilliant advice and tips, the Radio one genius offers SMHTP users all the inside info on how to get a job in radio, “You have to be really committed about what you want to do and you have to be really single minded about it as well.” She explains.
We discover how it’s not always a case of being in the right place at the right time; and that essentially commitment and persistence plays a vital role in securing a job. Louise recalls how she pursued her ambition and after much perseverance eventually got a job on the giant that is Radio One, “Yes I always wanted to do radio, I was obsessed by radio and I did a student radio station and I worked for about two years and then I carried on bugging people until I got a job in radio.”
