BEARD MOUSTACHE SHOW
When SMHTP discovered the World Beard and Moustache Championships was coming to town we sent our very own appropriately named Tash (sporting a little faux facial hair herself) to find out what the other bearded beautie’s thoughts were on SMHTP, music and moustache maintenance in general.
O.K, it’s a tenuous link, but musicians and facial hair have a history together that we thought was well worth a closer look at.
And the sight of Nick Cave (Nick Cave and the Bad seeds) sporting a rather impressive “Tash” himself was enough to send us to the SMHTP Artist database in search of even more famous furry musicians, who’ve sung songs and played their music through various styles of facial fuzz over the years.
Check out one of the winners who’d earlier shown us that his talents were more than just skin deep.

Boyz II Men
According to no less an authority than the RIAA, Boyz II Men are the most commercially successful R&B group of all time. They've sold ludicrous numbers of records and been involved in three of the longest-running number one pop singles in history, and they've done it as a unit of equals. In fact, their four-part harmonies blend so smoothly that most of the general public would be hard-pressed to name any of the group's individual members.
