Tim Daniel

EMERGING artist Tim Daniel has been described as “exceptional talent with a unique style of writing” by Take That’s Gary Barlow.  After hearing Tim’s record Gary quickly became a fan, he said: “An album full of hits obviously written from the heart.”

Even though most people may not have heard of the gifted singer-song writer, Tim Daniel has been working behind the scenes for many years and is in fact one of the most successful songwriters in the UK. His credits include Blue, Toploader, Delta Goodrem and Lemar to name but a few.

Tim’s song writing days date back to his childhood, but it wasn’t until he was 16 that one of his teachers persuaded him to go into the school studio and record a song. Once Tim had the writing bug there was no stopping him, and ever since then he has been working as a professional songwriter.Tim says his song writing skills give him the ability to “connect with people”. His debut album due for release in February 2008 reflects this particular attitude, Tim explains: “What I want to achieve with this album is for people to identify with the songs and for them to reach out and help people who have been through similar experiences to me.”

Even though Tim has been working as a professional songwriter for many years he finds the process of writing solo material very different to anything he’s done in the past.

Tim explains: “I have to be totally inspired for my own music; it’s so personal that it has to be just right. It’s not something that can be rushed either.” 

Tim is set to support Take That on their eagerly anticipated SOLD OUT tour this winter from 16th November to 23rd December.
