DOWNLOADING AND INSTALLING THE MULTIPLAYER: WINDOWS XP

This is primarily for XP users but if you are a Vista user it will still be relevant. We are currently testing on the Vista platform so please could we ask users to bear with us and refer to our help section for additional information

Downloading the Multiplayer

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE QUICKTIME INSTALLED BEFORE DOWNLOADING THE MULTIPLAYER
Click here to download Quicktime 7.2

1. The "File Download" Screen will appear - see below. Click on "Save"

2. A "Save As" page will appear. Save the "Multiplayer" file to your "Desktop". The download may take several minutes to complete

Install the Multiplayer

3. If the following screen appears, click "Run"

4. If you do not see the above screen, double Click the Multiplayer MSI file (from the location that it was saved)

5. The "Open File" screen will appear. Click "Run" (as per below)

6. The Multiplayer Installer welcome message will appear. After reading the Welcome message and information about the Multiplayer, click "Next"

7. Choose Destination Location window

Select the directory to install the Multiplayer software by clicking Browse. When you have selected the directory, click "Next"

8. Another Multiplayer Installer message

After reading the installer message about the Multiplayer, click "Install"

9. Upon successful installation, the following message appears:
When you are happy, click "Finish"

10. In order to use the MultiPlayer you will need to download a SMHTP file. Please refer to out help section on downloading the free track or purchasing additional content.
