<  MultiPlayer-Technical  ~  SMHTP Multiplayer crashes when trying to zoom

Hi, I was wondering if anyone else had the same issue as me? The SMHTP files open and play OK, however the player crashes when I click on the icon to zoom in on an instrument section.

Any help would be appreciated :) :)

My spec is Vista SP1 32bit, 3Ghz CPU, Firefox 2.0.0.14, Quicktime 7.4.5 2Gb Ram

Hi Ellis,

I'm very sorry to hear about your problem with the Zoom function.Please see below outtake from our Help section.

Your problem is not common to all PC's and although known is realitivley rare. I will contact a member of the tech team and alert them to your issue, to see if we can help you resolve this.

MP can crash if you use the zoom buttons or click on the video panel

Reason:
Bug in QuickTime for Java

Resolution:
Don't use the zoom buttons or click on the video panel

Hi,

Just wanted to let users know that we are finalising a new release of the Multiplayer at the moment. This new release tackles & hopefully resolves a number of the probems that users have been experiencing, particular for those with Vista.

We'll email out to everyone in the next few weeks when the the final testing is complete.

Am experienceing exactly the same issue regarding MP crashing when I try to zoom on a pane.

Am using Vista too.

Hi All. Just came back to SMHTP. Want to get back to learning guitar. I have Vista and when I zoom, it crashes. Any updates or help available?
