Julian Verlard is the New Yorker who’s paid his dues in the clubs and bars in the US and is now bringing his brilliant performances to the UK. “I want to get back to that innocence,” says Julian Velard. “When people were just making music and being great. I think it was sometime in the middle of 1974. Even though I wasn’t alive, I can tell it was a lot more fun back then.”
